Our Story
“Our high level of service is benchmarked and tested against global best practice.” Winning a tender to supply technical support and a repair service for Sony meant a further step up in business systems, customer support technology and the introduction of global best business practices. In 2007 Fixtronics went on to win a tender to supply PlayStation repair services in Australia, under the name of Infoteam Oceania Pty Ltd. Jill and Mark Harvey recognized a new opportunity to bring together the experience, knowledge and wisdom learned from 20 years’ of business, and created Leading Solutions in 2006. The growth of the business from kitchen table to Australasia-wide is testament to the leadership team’s values, work ethos, inquisitiveness, willingness to learn and ability to draw good people together into responsive teams at Leading Solutions.
