• Mark Harvey - Founder and Director

In 1996 Mark developed the business infrastructure, systems and a sales division to Fixtronics and in 2006 the development of Leading Solutions and also Infoteam Oceania Pty Ltd in Sydney. These companies now make up the Harvey Group. Mark places a high priority on team values, work ethos, inquisitiveness, willingness to learn and has a remarkable ability to draw good people together.

• Jill Harvey - Founder and Director

Jill first established a small electronic repair business in 1987. Working at home, as time permitted, repairing a variety of small electronic goods. In 1994 after substantial growth Jill renamed the company Fixtronics, and later that year secured the national service agency for Sony PlayStation. Since then Jill has grown Fixtronics into a multi-faceted business with Infoteam Oceania Pty Ltd in Sydney and now Leading Solutions in New Zealand.

• John Lennox - General Manager

John has a background in electronics, completing an apprenticeship in electronic engineering with Autocrat Radio - later to become Sanyo New Zealand. After leaving the 'tools' in favour of working with people and systems, John worked over a period of 15 years in a wide variety of management roles within Sanyo including Production, Engineering, Customer Service and IT. During this time he developed his management and organisational skills. Joining Fixtronics (Leading Solutions sister company) in 2002 John now applies these skills across all areas of both Fixtronics and Leading Solutions.

• Allison Mawer - Customer Service and HR Manager

Allison has been with the company since 2005 and looks after the team across Leading Solutions, Fixtronics and Infoteam Oceania (Australia) as well as supporting day to day production management in New Zealand. This versatile role offers team interaction on all levels which is what Allison loves about her role. Allison was born and raised in Liverpool, United Kingdom, lived and worked five years in London and then eight years in Germany before moving and settling in New Zealand in 2001.

When Allison isn't working she spends as much time (as weather permits), surfing off the West Coast beaches North of Auckland.

• Sheri Whitmill - Account Manager

Sheri has been with Leading Solutions since February 2005 after she returned from the United Kingdom where she was employed in technical services for PlayStation. Sheri has a great of command of the media packaging industry where niche security products like the OneTime lockable cases are successfully operating nationwide.

Sheri is happy to hear from you if you have any product requiring display and security for rental, library and retail environments.

• Mike Leach - Product Manager

Mike joined the Leading Solutions team in November 2009 to introduce and grow the Alarm, Access Control and CCTV product portfolio.
Originally an electrician Mike moved into retail and retail management for aproximately 10 years before finding his passion for security. Mike has been providing solutions in this field for the last 7 years and provides a great additional skill set to the team.

Mike likes to spend his spare time working on cars but with an addition to his family he has had to downsize his projects and is currently restoring a 1978 Mini.....or two.
