Our products and services are supplied within New Zealand only.
For account customers we will endeavour to dispatch your order (on business days) within 24 hours of receipt. For non account customers we will endeavour to dispatch your order (on business days) within 24 hours of receiving your payment. The type of products and the size of the package will dictate the shipping method. Couriered items will normally be delivered to you within 24 hours of dispatch in most areas and within 48 hours to outlying areas or some domestic locations. Items sent by freight will normally be delivered to you within 3-5 working days. Unfortunately things can go wrong (road closures, missed interislander ferry sailings, vehicle breakdowns etc) and things do go missing - even with couriers! If you have not received your order within these time frames and you think it may be missing in transit, please contact us so we can track your order for you. Please note - We are unable to claim on our courier or freight providers for any missing in transit items after 14 days from dispatch so please notify us promptly if you do not receive your order.
