Returns Policy
As we only supply within New Zealand this policy applies only to New Zealand.
Items not requiredIf you are not satisfied with the items you order, you may return them within 7 days of delivery, in re-saleable condition and in original packaging, for a credit on your account. Please contact us and advise us of your details, the product and the invoice number. We will issue you with an official Returns Number. Simply return the items in re-saleable condition and in original packaging with a copy of the Returns Number. After receipt of the items and provided they meet the above criteria, we will issue a credit to your account. In some cases a restocking fee may apply. Defective or incorrectly supplied itemsFor defective products or items supplied by us incorrectly, we will either replace the items or credit your account. If you find that an item we have supplied is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and advise us of your details, the product and the invoice number. We will issue you with an official Returns Number and either send you a courier ticket for the return of the items or arrange collection of the items from you. If you require replacements these will be invoiced and dispatched to you. After receipt of the returned items at our warehouse, provided we are satisfied that they are defective or were incorrectly supplied, we will issue a credit to your account. Items damaged in transitIf an item ordered arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot be held responsible if we are not informed within this time as we have to be prompt in making a claim on our courier and freight providers. We will issue you with an official Returns Number and either send you a courier ticket for the return of the damaged items or arrange collection of the items from you. If you require replacements these will be invoiced and dispatched to you. The damaged items will then be credited to your account after receipt and inspection at our warehouse. Items missing in transitFor account customers we will endeavour to dispatch your order (on business days) within 24 hours of receipt. For non account customers we will endeavour to dispatch your order (on business days) within 24 hours of receiving your payment. The type and size of the order will dictate the shipping method. Couriered items should be delivered to you within 24 hours of dispatch in most areas and within 48 hours to outlying areas or some domestic locations. Items sent by freight should be delivered to you within 3-5 working days. Unfortunately things do go missing (even with couriers!) If you have not received your order within these time frames and you think it may be missing in transit, please contact us so we can track your order for you. Please note - We are unable to claim on our courier or freight providers for any missing in transit items after 14 days from dispatch so please notify us promptly if you do not receive your order. |
