Auckland City Libraries have a large audio visual collection for diverse tastes, from mainstream films and television shows to specialist features for niche audiences. The collection is available for loan from the central library and 16 city and suburban branches. Auckland Libraries tidied their shelf space and improved efficiences by using the OneTime case system.

Waitakere Library and Information Services
Waitakere Central Library is a large modern three-storey building, the hub to a network of eight smaller facilities including a mobile unit. The libraries share an audio visual collection of discs ranging from multi-cultural, arts and special interest films to more recent titles. Waitakere Library floated their collection with fewer copies of the same films required and courier costs reduced using the OneTime case system.
