When asked about the One-Time system, there were three key features that immediately came to mind:

• The locking clip stays in the case at all times, this means we haven't got loose tags everywhere
• It is faster to use
• It was quick and easy for the staff to adjust to than other systems we have tried.

Overall the One-Time case is pretty good, and with the price being so competitive we can't see ourselves ever changing from this system.

Using D-case on my New and Recent Releases has been a huge improvement in Disc security for my 2 stores. In the last couple of months I have been progressively introducing B-Case across all other DVD movie categories. One of my concerns at the time was the thought of using different clips for different cases. However, both D & B case clips utilize the same latest version Clip Release unit and I am very happy with the out come. And the big plus, cheaper on my pocket - Cheers.

We love our Tip Trays because people like to flick! Everyone stops - even if they don't buy anything they still stop and flick as they go past. We alternate between the stand up displays and the Tip Tray displays, so we change it around every month or so to keep our retail section looking fresh and different. When we swap back to the flick trays it's very effective, the customers just love to flick! It's like having a cute dog in the shop that customers can't help but pat!

I purchased the D-Shelf shelf converters for my back catalogue. They were easy to add to my existing shelves and were a cost effective solution. The section now looks tidier and better organised. Our staff and customers love it and tell us that titles are now easy to find.

Lockable DVD cases were a cost to my business or that was my first response when I took on a BlockBuster store. How things change. There was theft with the current case that was being used in-store when I took over. The other pet hate was the time serving a customer with getting movies or games from drawers behind the counter, too long & not good customer service. Those cases had to go along with the drawers full of discs. I tried samples from every case locking system on the market. We went with Leading Solutions D case for our DVDs & theft stopped over night. Next step was to get our games out & make them live, I tried sample G cases in September. Using G case with the 'batwing' hublock, I feel very comfortable with our games live. We also do not give out the wrong games any more, Bloody SingStar. My staff find these cases simple, robust & easy to use with the same clip release serving both case types. Being 'live' gives us more time to have fun with our customers. Instead of back turned looking through drawers.

The outstanding success of the "D" case prompted us to investigate whether we could put live on the shelf, expensive PS2 and X-Box games, items that would be considered very attractive to would be thieves. Using the Leading Solutions "G" case again we tried this in my stores using only older titles initially, and with no appreciable losses, we expanded it to successfully include recent release games as well. The advantages of being live include no more card checks. No more cluttered drawers, and a general shortening of time taken to serve game customers, achieved because the need to search for games in cluttered drawers has disappeared. Over the years I have utilised just about every other anti-theft system available in the New Zealand market place and have scrapped them all in favour of the "D" and "G" case. The added security of the "batwing" hublock centre mechanism has given me peace of mind.

Overall we are very happy with the One Time product. The One-Time case has been in Wakefield Video Ezy for three years, the staff find them easy to use and we have had little in the way of malfunctions. We have 4,500 cases in our store and have had only a small handful of breakages and that happens with any product, we can't complain about it. They've done the job well as far as rental is concerned and we've no intention of changing the product.
